My name is Jasmine, I’m age 27 and originally from Essex. My best mate/roommate is Megan, age 23 and originally from Buckinghamshire, but has been living in Essex the last few years following University.

We’re both looking for a two bedroom flat with two double beds, furnished or part-furnished. We’re looking to move as soon as we can, but can allow some time if it is for the right place. Ideally would like some private parking but understand this is hard to come by so nearby parking options or permits would be desired.

We would like an apartment kept in good condition of which we can maintain. Work locations being near London Liv Street we are aiming for a commute time of 45 minutes or less. Our combined budget for rent is £2200 not including bills or £2500 including bills.
