Looking for room to rent

Hi I'm, John Rivera, a UWE student going into first year,
I would like to live somewhere relatively close to campus however wouldn't mind a bus journey away. Hopefully looking for places which include bills and has a contract longer than 9 months.
I tend to be quiet and mind my own business, I'm tidy, clean after myself and am well kept, as well as am sociable and easy to talk to.
Hope to get any room opportunities and if you have a spare room able to rent out to me i'll be happy to view it most days of the week
