Short-let room needed in Oxfordshire

Hello my name is Arnold. I’m a nurse, 38yo and looking for a short-term let (2-3 months) in Oxfordshire where I work nights. I’ll be living alone but my girlfriend would occasionally stay over so ideally a place that accepts couples. I need a place to stay in between shifts - the rest of my time will be spent in London or somewhere hiking. I’m planning to eventually move to the county but currently unsure which area would be most practical hence the need for a short-term let. I’m neat and would take good care of the space - I can provide references from previous landlords.
