Looking to buddy up - 2 professional gay friends

Adem + Clive

Hi! We're two gay friends (non-couple) named Adem and Clive. We are looking to buddy up with another housemate or two in a 3-4 bredroom spacious house. Adem is a social worker, I am a studio manager and social media manager. We've been living together for a few years and get along swimmingly, but unfortunately our current agency is evicting us so they can build a flat above. Due to the current cost of living crisis we'd like to find a third (and preferably a fourth) housemate to move either us to a new property we've yet to find.

We're currently living in Walthamstow and will primarily be looking at here and the surrounding areas - Chingford, South Woodfood, Highams Park - but are also open to other locations in Hackney, Camden and Hampstead.

We're are both 35-year-old gay professionals. We enjoy spending some time together watching horror films and trashy tv shows, popping out for a few drinks now and again, and having dinner together occasionally. We both work full-time and are both also degree students, so we spend a lot of time apart doing our own thing. Adem also has a dog, Tilly, a 3-year-old Mini Labradoodle.

Ideally, our third and fourth housemates will be relaxed professionals in a similar age bracket to us who no longer are in party-mode. They will be happy to socialise as a house occasionally with the knowledge that their privacy and need for space will be respected at all times. They will be a dog-person, or at the very least accept a pup sharing the communal spaces with them. Above all, as this is a queer household they will also have respect and tolerance for diversity across all spectrums - race, ethnicity, culture, sexuality, gender identity etc.
