PhD Student, Flat Wanted, Pet Friendly

Hello! I will be starting my PhD at University of Bristol this fall in Marine Biology, and I am searching for a studio or 1 bed flat for me and my cat. The earliest I would be available to move in would be mid-July, and the latest would be mid August. The cat (Lula) is a 6 year old tortoiseshell mainecoon mix (she is average size just fluffy from the mainecoon side!). I have lived with her in rented properties before without any issue, and can likely get a reference for her if desired. Please just ask if you would like more details on Lula!

I would prefer to be in walking distance of the Uni, within 25 minutes on bike is also acceptable. 950 is the top of my budget, and I will be receiving a stipend through the university.
