Looking for a clean, calm, quiet, and relaxed place. I am a very quiet person and mostly keep to myself.
I am researching a PhD project, and I work in housekeeping and facilities for my university (Canterbury Christ Church University) part-time, Sat-Mon, so I am not around much on weekends.
I'm looking for somewhere with good bus access to Canterbury to get to work easily. I would prefer somewhere longer term with a move in date around the end of May 2026.
I am not interested in student housing. Please do not contact me if you are a student landlord.
