I am a professional male aged 31. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 03/05/2024 and have a budget of £600pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I smoke but I don't smoke in my bedroom. I would only smoke in a shared area if everyone was comfortable with that, otherwise i would smoke outside. I am a clean/tidy person, I am quiet but also sociable.
