Looking for a new accomodation

Im looking to change area from the 15 July due to new arrangement in my life. .
Somewhere nice and cozy not too far from work. Im a chef and i have my own catering business and most of my time i spend it at work so, i just need a good clean place where to chill and sleep. I love different cultures and i can speak quite a few languages and always looking to learn new ones so i dont have any particular preferences in term of flatmates, just some good people that can get along with.
