• Reliable and professional – I work in marketing with a stable income and excellent references (and the occasional free household air freshener/cleaning products for everyone to use – I work in consumer goods)
• Respectful living habits – I keep shared spaces tidy, am mindful of noise levels, and always clean up after myself
• Social but balanced – I enjoy good conversation and the occasional shared meal, but I also respect everyone's need for personal space and quiet time
• Culturally engaged – You might find me at gallery openings, theatre shows, or local festivals, and I love discovering new neighbourhoods on foot
