Seeking a room close to UEA

I am a working professional who recently started working at the UEA. My role is hybrid, which means on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays I will be on site. I would only need somewhere to sleep on Monday and Tuesday nights (with occasional Sunday nights e. g train strikes) with the remaining days working remotely elsewhere at my own property.

As a result, I am seeking a studio flat, or a one bedroom with other tenant/s in the house/flat for ideally no more than £450 a month (including all bills). I also need to be very close to the UEA, or if further away, a direct straightforward regular bus route is needed (I am using public transport) lasting no longer than 45 minutes.
