Looking for a room in manchester !

Hello!👋 Looking to move to Manchester (spent the last 6 years in Bristol) for a fresh adventure 😁 looking for a room somewhere in southern Manchester within 20-30 minute walk or bus from the city centre! I am a neurodivergent oil painter / visual artist (and i do tattoos and produce music too) , so i can enjoy my own company and spend a lot of time creating.. but i am also looking to meet new people and i am super polite, friendly and extroverted!
I am a big fan of mental health advocacy, will always respect people's boundaries, triggers, disabilities and guidelines and i am very friendly and respectful to my fellow humans ✨
Interests include: MUSIC - i love punk and metal (anything from hardcore punk & d-beat to slam metal & death metal) . I also love freeparty/rave music (i produce gabber and jungle) particularly donk and hardcore ❤️❤️ i also play guitar. Aaaand i love weird breakcore/electronic bleepbloop music too.. a bit of everything!
ART - I am a visual artist / oil painter and i have done lots of exhibitions down south, but not many up north yet so I will be looking to put on some art shows and get involved with exhibitions etc:) I also do machine tattoos and will be looking for places to guest spot (and can also give you a free tattoo whenever you like🤣)
GENERAL - I very much enjoy going out, socialising, freeparties, gigs, pub etc. i can always enjoy a good party! But i can also respect sobriety and working boundaries and also spend a lot of time in quiet solitude (as i am often painting).. so you won't hear a peep out of me if that is your preference! I am also a huge nerd and am always up for any type of fantasy boardgames, Dungeons & Dragons, RPG and MMORPG videogames and watching nerdy films etc 🙏
I am also pet friendly, smoker friendly and have no allergies (except penicillin but i doubt that'd ever be relevant, haha) .
In terms of rent, all is well and secure (as i am a long term chronic pain sufferer so i get extra benefits and qualify for all housing allowances and benefits etc.) and i can also afford the deposit straight away too so money is no issue:) I am also not too bothered about the size of the room, so long as there is a corner where I can paint and stack paintings and squeeze a TV in. Other than that i'm not too fussy really! I always make do 💖 and will always help out with anything and everything that I can! Do let me know if all of this fits your criteria and lets chat!
