Looking for double room In Balham

Hi.

I’m a young professional working in sales.
I currently live in Clapham South and commute into the city most days.

I’m about to move jobs so I’m looking to move closer into Balham to be closer to the overground line.

I’m able to move immediately but would ideally be looking for a room from the 31st of May onwards.

About me:
- my main interests during the week are sport, gym and socialising
- at the weekends I spend time with my friends, many of which live in the Balham/Tooting area
- I’m easy going and tidy

It would be great to hear from you if you have a room available in this area.
