Arts professional looking for a West End room

Hello all! I am looking for a room, ideally in West End of Glasgow, or rooms that are in a 5-15 minute walk from Subway stations and/or major bus line stops. I am looking for a long-term let for a room (minimum 6 months).

I work in the arts field and have a remote work so I will spend time both in the property and of course in cafés and libraries. My budget is 650-800/pcm, and my maximum budget is 850/pcm, but I am flexible with the final offer/amount.

I shared flats with other people in Europe and was an Airbnb guest in other UK cities before. My Airbnb reviews from live-in hosts are great and I have become friends with my flatmates. I respect one another's privacy, preferred way of life, and personal space. I am not a smoker and I hope you will not be one too. My interests and hobbies are as listed and I hope we will get along well!
