22-year old undergrad looking for buddy-up

I'm Amy a 22 year old undergrad returning to Heriot-Watt for her final year in Biology after taking a gap year from studying.

I'm looking for, preferably other women, as a flatmate/flatmates who are willing to buddy-up and search for a 2/3 bed flat together.
I am open to professionals as long as they are willing to cover the council tax.

I'm looking for a place in Edinburgh West but am flexible to the specific area as I drive, so all I need location wise is a parking space.
Having lived in my currently place for a couple years I have a lot of furniture so I am open to an unfurnished place.
My ideal budget is £600pcm but for the perfect place I could go up to £650-700.
I'm flexible on moving dates but I need something no later than the end of July

I'd ideally like to live with people who are kind, clean, sociable and understanding of disabilities.
I myself am kind and outgoing, enjoying a night in or out and am happy to have fun flat nights but also respect the need for personal time.
Overall, I'm very chill and just need a place and people where I can feel comfortable and unwind with.

My hobbies include bouldering, badminton, baking and gaming but I'm always up for trying new things and more than willing to introduce you to mine if you'd like.
