Spanish guy (29) searching for a shareflat

Hi!
I’m Pablo, a 29-year-old Spanish engineer who has been living in London for the past year and a half. My current landlord is taking the flat off the market, so I’m now looking for a long-term flatshare, ideally around Pimlico, Stockwell, Clapham Common, or Highbury & Islington.

I’d describe myself as tidy, clean, and easy-going (I know everyone says that, but in my case it’s genuinely true!). During the week, I like to stay active. I go to the gym a few times a week, usually before work, and I’m currently taking German lessons (long story short, I was planning to move to Germany before coming to the UK!).

On weekends, I enjoy spending time with friends: going out for food or drinks (we’ve been to Exmouth Market quite a bit lately), visiting museums, playing board games, organising picnics, and exploring different parts of the city. We also occasionally go out to music events or parties around London.
