A male graduate student looking for a chill house

I am a healthcare professional and prospective graduate student at the university of York. I am looking for housemates to share a place with, during my year long stay in York.

I'd love to live with someone who is relaxed, likes to socialise and have fun but is also busy and is happy to respect my lifestyle and study schedule. What I mean is I love a dinner party and nights out, but I also love a chill vibe and quiet time to study and focus.

Other than that I'm pretty easy-going, like to keep a clean house and enjoy running and hikes in my spare time. I am very outdoorsy, I don't smoke and I hope you don't as well.
