Looking for a professional to Buddy up for a flat

I am working at Addenbrooke's Hospital, I'll be moving into a new flat in July/August. I'm in search of a female working at the hospital or a post-doc at Cambridge University to share a two-ensuite-bed flat which is about 10 mins away on feet from hospital--for single occupancy only!

With plans to remain in Cambridge for the next 2-3 years, I'm seeking someone interested in a minimum 12-month lease who shares similar qualities. I prioritize tidiness, enjoy occasional solo time after work, yet always appreciate a good chat. My interests include food, reading, live shows. I'm a non-smoker with no pets. I value respecting my housemates' personal space and quiet, and I ensure to communicate about guests, understanding the challenges of working shifts.
