Looking for a room for 6 months in Falmouth/Penryn

I'm a graduate of Yacht Design and will start a full-time job in Cornwall on the 1st of July. I'm looking for 6 months from the 24th of June to the 1st of January.

What I'm looking for in the house:
- It's important to me that the people I live with are considerate and keep shared spaces clean.
- I'm looking for a house with a double bed and space for a large desk as I need to work on large screens and need a comfortable setup.
- While I enjoy socializing, I also value having my own time.

What you can expect from me :
- Just as I expect respect and cleanliness from my housemates, I am committed to being respectful and tidy.
- My job is 4 days a week from Monday to Thursday. In addition to my work, I have a lot of projects I work on, so I spend quite some time in my room.
- I've lived in three different countries, speak multiple languages and am very open-minded. For the past 3 years, I've lived with different housemates as a student so I know how to live and adapt to different housemates.
- I enjoy meeting new people and love to share interests and passions.
- Apart from work, I like to stay fit by going to the gym, surfing and cycling. As my family lives in another country I often travel to see them.
