Hi I’m Jess, I’m 29 and my friend Phoebe is 25 and we’re seeking a flat with 2 x rooms available to move into end of June / July. (Or other people interested in finding a flat with us!)
Phoebe has been living in London for 2 years and I’m flying over from New Zealand (arriving mid June)
We’re looking for a tidy and homely flat that we can call home!
Our joint budget is around £1800 per month.
A little bit about us - we’re both kiwis and social , personable people. Both very tidy, respectful and have plenty of flatting experience. We would love to find a flat that has a good vibe / we love making friends. We also have lots of friends in London so not dependant on becoming besties (if that’s not what your looking for.)
I work in marketing and phoebe works in the theatre / film industry.
Phoebe has a UK passport and I have a 3 year visa + eligible for a UK ancestry visa so we’re planning on being in London for the near future.
