Friendly Male Seeking Double Room

Hello, My Name is Rhett Marshall, I am 53 and recently separated so looking for a double room with own En-suite to stay min 6 months. I work full time for Tesco property as a technician. I currently live with my ex, but would like my own space now. I am very tidy and considerate.
I do have a very friendly Springer spaniel that will be staying with my ex but would love her to stay with me occasionally. But this isn’t a deal breaker as would be able to pick her up and walk her and return her back. She doesn’t bark and doesn’t chew and is house trained ( just like me 😀) I’m very friendly I don’t drink or smoke. I like to paint water colour although I’m new to it and learning.
