Looking for a room in Brighton & Hove or Worthing

Hi, am looking for a room, having been no fault evicted and am struggling to find a place due to having no guarantor.

I do have:
funds to pay 6 months rent in advance plus full deposit
good references covering up to eight years and three tenancies
a good credit rating, no CCJs, no debts, credit or store cards

All I need is a room big enough for a double bed, desk and some shelving units, ideally a decent kitchen as I love to cook and use of a bathroom.

Good company would be a nice addition.

I am sociable and cheerful most of the time but have plenty of hobbies to occupy me and am happy spending time alone.

I don't watch TV often but could be convinced for a decent drama, documentary or nature programme, and I do enjoy films.

I love music and will not complain if someone turns theirs up to enjoy it, but as I am getting on a bit I don't think a 24-7 party house would suit me. I listen to a lot more ambient than D&B these days. I still enjoy making music but again there my tastes and volume levels have mellowed.

I am leaving a place with a garden and really got into gardening while here, particularly growing veg. If your place has a garden that I could help take care of, that would really appeal to me.

I do my share of the everyday chores and take initiative to do less regular tasks like cleaning outside of windows and gutters.

I understand that some people really want the washing up done immediately after dinner and I can comply with that (so it is at my dad's)

On the other hand I do not fret if it gets left till the next morning because people are having a nice time with their friends, or just had a tiring day.
