Looking for a room to rent
Hi, my name is Gillian and I'm 24 years old. I'm moving to London in July and am currently looking into finding a flat to live in.
I will be starting work as a doctor at University College London Hospital, therefore I would like to find a place with a total commute time of not more than 40 minutes.
Ideally, I would be sharing this flat with up to 2 other girls. I'm not looking for much, however, some small criteria include having a flat with good natural lighting (especially my tentative room), a desk in my room and good kitchen counter space for cooking/preparing food. I would like to find a flatmate/flatmates who are also interested in becoming friends :). With regards to rent price, my 1100 pound budget should be the total price including bills.
A bit about me: I'm a foodie and love cooking, going out on walks, training at the gym, reading and trying out new things. I would be working during the weekdays but I would be off from work on most weekends, which I'd love to use to explore more of London and do some fun activities :) I'm a mature, quiet and respectful person, with 5 years of renting with others, hence I'm used to cleaning/living in sharing spaces.
I look forward to speaking to you :).
