M29 - Finance - Social and Tidy

Hi, I’m Mark — 29, working in finance near Shoreditch (hybrid, 3 days in). I’ve lived in London for a few years and am now looking to move to central/east London to be closer to work.

I’m easygoing and clean in shared spaces.
Weeknights are usually gym, running, cooking, or a pub nearby. Weekends are a mix of gigs, seeing friends.

I’m keen for a social house with a good vibe.

Budget flexible for the right place.

I can be quite flexible with my move-in date, but looking for early June.
