Earn money from your spare space without a lodger

I am a musician and I'm looking for some space as I don't have room at home for my home studio any longer. I'll only really need to have access on weekends or evenings and it doesn't have to be noisy, I mostly play using headphones and much of the time I'm not actually playing but producing. Double room ideally but a summer house at the bottom of the garden I'd be happy with too. If you have extra space at your home and would like a little extra income for not a lot of hassle this could be ideal for you.

I'm quite easy going and respectful and ill be no bother.
