Professional Looking for Room / Buddy up for Flat

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈'𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫: a room (double) in an existing flat, or nice folks who'd like to buddy up and find a new place together.

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞:
- Work as data analyst.
- German & computer science undegrad, data science masters. - Enjoy singing, listening to music, running, hiking, and trips to the pub.
- Big fan of IPA's and Guinness

𝐌𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞: My current flatmates would be the first to tell you I’m super neat. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and try to be thoughtful and considerate of the people I live with, so I’d be looking for flatmates who are the same.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐈’𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞: I keep myself pretty busy and am very happy doing my own thing, so I do not need a full-on social house. That said, I’d love to live with people who are friendly and up for the occasional trip to the pub, a Netflix night, or just a chat now and then. Warm and sociable is ideal, rather than purely transactional.
