Double room or whole place to share

I'm looking to rent a double, en suite bedroom.
Ideally with a parking space.
Bonus point if we could buddy up and rent the whole place.

I'm an open minded, easy going, polite man with huge sense of humour. I like socialising as well as spending time with myself.
I respect privacy and boundaries of other people.
Professional with good references if needed.
Calm nature, enjoy occasional party.
Don't mind pets (I'm an animal lover).
I like working out but most importantly eat good food :D
