Looking for buddy ups in B18

I’m a dentist and musician currently living in this house and I’m looking for two new flatmates to replace the current tenants who are moving out by the end of June.

The house is spacious, friendly, and very well located in Located in B18 just a short distance from Birmingham city centre, with a bus stop right outside and Lidl and Tesco only 5 minutes away. The rooms themselves are great, both with very large built-in wardrobes, and they share a modern bathroom with a bathtub. The house also has 1Gb full fibre broadband, a bright living room that opens onto a garden, free parking (one space), and even solar panels that help reduce electricity bills.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly and easygoing housemate. The house has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and would suit someone who is tidy, respectful, and enjoys a comfortable place to come home to.

Ideally I’m looking for friendly, respectful people with good energy who enjoy a calm and welcoming home environment. If you’re also into music or an active lifestyle, that’s a bonus.

The two rooms can be taken separately or by two friends moving in together.
