Friendly and Social Flatmates Needed!!

Looking for a house share with a sound flat mate.

I'm just over a year into my first job as an Actuary at a large financial services firm in the city center. I predict deaths and unfortunate events using mathematics as a day job haha!

PS: My current flatmate is moving out in mid April.

I'm currently staying in a 2 bed flat in a new construction at Castlefield. If interested, you could move into my flatmate's room in the current flat itself. He pays £750 per month excluding bills (including an on-site free gym and social lounge).
