Looking for a room or annexe in Berkshire

Hello, I'm Laura, an RAF veteran, currently looking for a room or annexe in Berkshire. My ideal area is quiet, safe, leafy, with access to shops, pubs and a train station and I'd prefer to only share with 1 other or have my own living space. I like typical old English areas.
I am self employed in the Film and TV Industry, so no day is the same.
I have my own home in South Wales, but would like to be closer to work, around the London area and family in the South.
I'm a tidy, respectful, quiet individual, however, I can also be sociable; usually enjoying a meal or drinks with friends, but I also enjoy having my own space.
I love theatre, TV, film, music, travel, history, country walks and keeping fit.
I'm fairly health conscious and a massive animal lover, therefore, I do follow a plant based diet, but wouldn't expect the household to be.
Parking would be advantagous and good links to the motorway.
