Hey there!

I'm Vin, a recent Master of Laws (LLM) graduate from Queen Mary University of London. I'm currently on the job hunt and simultaneously preparing to qualify as a Solicitor.

I’m looking for a new, peaceful place to call home from March 2026.

I'm looking for a minimum 6-month commitment, after which I am happy with a rolling contract.

A Bit About Me & My Routine:

I’m on a health and wellness journey, balancing a focused professional routine with gym sessions and hearty cooking. I spend most of my day at the library studying for my upcoming solicitors qualification exams. I value a predictable, calm living environment. I'm known for being extremely quiet, meticulously clean, and incredibly tidy.

What I'm Like at Home:

Sociable and easygoing, I enjoy a good catch-up over dinner or coffee, but I equally respect and value everyone’s space and quiet time. I’m hoping to find a setup with just one or two other friendly flatmates. I don’t have pets (but I love them!) and aim to keep the home vibe calm and warm.

Ideal Location & Property:

• Location: Ideally Zone 1/2, with a strong preference for East London and close proximity to a bus stop.
• Property: A modern, new build with secure or gated entry.
• Room: En suite or private bathroom is a huge bonus! But not a deal breaker.
• Vibe: A friendly, easygoing home atmosphere.
