1 F looking 1 bed flat/ apartment / studio

Hello. I’m looking for a 1 bed appartment in the sketty/brynmill/ uplands area that is pet friendly for me to rent. i’d rlly rlly appreciate the help.

for extra info: my cat is 3 years old, she is up to date with everything - deflead, dewormed, litter trained, neutered, etc. & she is a registered therapy animal - with documentation i can provide if necessary. this isn’t my first private tenancy so I have kept previously houses very clean & well maintained.

i’m happy to pay an extra deposit or have the house professionally cleaned/steamed at the end of my tenancy, or any other conditions the landlord would want in place to accommodate a pet.

my budget is £700 max without bills & up to £900 with bills included.
