3 friends looking for someone to find a flat with!

Myself (Harry, male architect, 24 nearly 25) and my two friends (Pooja, female pharmacist, 24 and Rachel, female marketing, 24) are looking for one person to complete a 4-bed a house in Clapham/Battersea/Balham/Wandsworth/Fulham area in mid/end of May - we don't have a house secured yet but have been attending viewings! Looking for 4-bed houses/flats around £4000-4500pm.
We're all super friendly and clean, very sociable! Us three have lived together for 18 months in a previous house. Love pub visits/movie nights/having friends over occasionally. I am big into football and going to gigs, Rachel loves gym, football, and reading, whereas Pooja is a big foodie and is mega sociable - let me know if you're interested!
