Seeking room to rent : budget upto 800 inc bils

I’m a female searching for a room to rent with a budget of up to £800 per month, including bills. I am available to move in from February 20th 2026. Ideally, I’d like a place that’s conveniently located near Piccadilly Station, the University of Manchester, or the city centre.
