Looking for 2 rooms in a flat or flat share! <3

Hi there!

My name is Maia and, alongside my friend Eva, I'm looking for accommodation in London (preferably in the proximity of Liverpool Street - I work there, in financial services).

We have a budget of £1000/1050 each and, ideally, we'd like to move in between August and September on a contract of at least 8 months.

We're happy to provide references, meet up in person (from 6:15pm on) or videocall. We'd love to join a fun flat share of young professionals/postgrad students (preferably female) and we're super adaptable and easy-going. We love movie and pub nights, walks in the park and (not so) late night chats!

Eva and I have studied together both at Glasgow University and then at LSE. We are both extremely tidy, clean, sociable and lead an active lifestyle. We both love to keep busy and go to the gym regularly. We both enjoy cooking (I often bake and can guarantee Eva is a fantastic cook) and enjoy the occasional night out, though we'll be mostly focused on work on the year to come.

We really like connecting with new people and would love to make some new long term friends here in London - in exchange we offer vacations to Italy - where we're both from!!!
