I have a very strict budget, so kindly approach only if you can accommodate within my budget - maximum up to £400 per month (including bills).

I am looking for an affordable and suitable accommodation in London for myself from March 2026. I would appreciate a decent and homely place with good people and neighbourhood. I don't have any specific preferences and am open to sharing the accommodation with other people. But I am very particular about privacy and cleanliness. I am very friendly and homely person. I would keep the place clean and well maintained. I can cook very well and can also help with some household chores. If you have small kids, I can tutor them, and help them with their studies. If you have senior members, I can also take care of them.

I am a full-time working professional; I work in central London - near to King's Cross and Earl's Court Station
