Respectful Tenant Seeking Room in Birmingham

I’m a full-time professional working in Birmingham city centre, currently looking for a spacious room within 3 miles radius to B20 area.

I work mostly from home in a desk-based role, so I’m quiet during the day and maintain a structured routine.

I can provide employment and previous landlord references, and I’m ready to pay deposit and first month’s rent immediately upon agreement.

As I’m currently based outside of Birmingham, so I can do viewing via WhatsApp or video call.

I have a few additional boxed personal items (bookcases and storage containers). If available, access to attic or shed storage would be appreciated.

I’m open to sharing with males or females of any age, provided the household is calm and mutually respectful.
