Buddy up wanted; room needed

I'm Chris, and I'm looking to move preferably near the CB3/CB4 postcode. I'm looking for either a room to rent or people to buddy up with to find somewhere.

I work as an archaeologist. I'm social, but respectful of people's privacy. Always up for board game nights such as ouija to ensure family and friends never want to visit again. I also like to Mongolian throat sing at really inconsiderate hours.
