Professional looking for flat or studio flat

I'm currently looking for a flat or a studio flat for myself for 6 months to a year and potentially even longer depending on the place. Im looking to start renting from the 15th of March.

My price range depends on whether or not bills are included in the rent.

A little about myself: I am 35 and work in hospitality. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful so Im looking for a nice place that is held to a high standard. Also I have a very well behaved tuxedo cat named Gizmo so you'd have to be ok with that :)
