Young professional looking for quiet place to rent

I am looking for a well-maintained flat in Brighton within a 30-minute walk of the station, with flatmates who are sociable and value personal space. I enjoy shared living and conversation, but I take my work seriously and prefer a home that remains quiet during the week rather than a party environment. Ideally, I would live with other professionals (or those 22+) who are clean, considerate, and mindful of noise and shared spaces. I am looking for a fully furnished place with fast, reliable WiFi and no ongoing issues with damp or amenities. I am starting a role in fintech sales in May, can provide references, and have a guarantor in place.
