Geologist looking for a room south of Birmingham

Hi, I'm a geologst looking for a room in south Birmingham as I work in Longbridge.
Im a rock lover by trade and have worked out in the bush as an exploration geologist in Perth, Australia for two years and have been renting properties since starting university in 2019. I'm from the South coast originally but have moved up here for work after coming back from down under. Currently on a month by month basis with my landlord so am easy on a move-out/in date.

I am fairly quiet as far as things go, but I also definitely don't mind a night out. I'm very into my music as well as my games but I have also become a bit of amateur detailer so you can say goodbye to any scratches on your car if you're living with me.

I work in Longbridge (Rednal) so will need a place just south-west of Birmingham ideally, but happy to be still in Brum if it's close enough to the M5.

Parking and good internet absolutely essential, as well as a sociable house that respects the same values as me.
