My wife, our son and I are looking for a 2 bedroom flat. Ideally, we would prefer East London. Or close to the Piccadilly / Victoria lines, or near our workplace at Kings Cross / Farringdon.
Our budget is £2000 per month, with all bills included (maximum).
We are a mature, responsible couple with stable income. We both work full-time, so we value a very quiet property. We are clean, well-organised, and respectful tenants.
We can provide references and proof of employment if required. We always pay rent on time and take good care of the property.
