Friendly Young Professional Seeking Room ✨

I’m Kate, 29, originally from New Zealand and have been living in London for the past couple of years. I’m currently on the hunt for a new home!

I work in Finance based in St James and I’m looking for a long-term room for anytime from now. I’m currently staying with family while I look for my next home.

A bit about me — I’m chill and easygoing, social, and always keen for a yap, a wine, or a random side quest. Big fan of wine bars, trying new food spots, watching the rugby or any type of sport, good coffee, a cheeky boogie, and of course travelling. Basically all your classic London activities! I’m also active (running/gym/Pilates), love a long walk + coffee, but equally happy on the couch with a book or a good old insta scroll.

I’ve got a great group of friends here so weekends are usually a mix of parks, pubs and catch-ups, but I also really value my downtime. I’m always keen for a cosy night in, cooking something yum or just switching off after work. I really value coming home to a space with chill vibes that’s easy to unwind in and flatmates who are down for a chat.

I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with, and I’d love to find a home where people genuinely get on. Somewhere that feels social and friendly, with the occasional shared dinner, wine or pub trip, while still respecting each other’s space.

Ideally looking for a double room with enough space for a workout mat, plus a garden and a proper shared living area. An en-suite or own bathroom would be a huge bonus, but not essential. Most important thing for me is living with the right people.
