Looking for short term let

Looking to share a flat with one or two other thirty something with similar interests.

I'm normally training or playing sports several times a week, currently injured until next summer.
Lacrosse, football, basketball, rugby, AFL, tennis, squash, golf
Fan of punk, metal, heavy rock, so keen to experience as many gigs as possible. Looking to make some new friends and experience life north of the river.

I work a 9-5 as a systems engineer transport.

I like strong espresso, most mediterranean food, and nature / modern history documentaries. I can keep several different plants alive, and I try to play guitar a little bit. I like a few beers in the pub and the odd night out, although I'm currently doing some rehab for a snapped ACL at the minute, so being as healthy as possible.

I can cook an amazing carbonara, I don't smoke/vape and I'm capable of keeping things clean and tidy.
