Looking for a 1 Bed Flat or Studio No Shares

I am a 28 year old costume assistant living and working in London.
I’m currently in full time employment, working on an exciting film.

I’ve rented in London for the past 8 years. First in Clapham and then most recently in Finsbury Park for the last year and a half. I’m currently moving out as my tenancy is up and my sister who I live with, is moving in with her boyfriend.

Ideally I want a one bedroom property in N1, N4, or N7 or N16, or in the Dalston area. Unfurnished but I can be flexible- move in date: any time from now to mid-may. I am flexible with the moving date.

I value cleanliness and can assure you I will take good car of your space.
