Mancunian living in London - Seeking New Home

The standard criteria: Safe, clean, friendly and not too ridiculously far from the centre of London (in that order).

Quick little 'bio' for me: I'm turning 40 in May, originally from Manchester. Moved to London in Winter 2024.

I'm in a relationship with a lovely lady based in Kingston.

I'm a producer and director who works in TV and runs a small production company called Paper Sky Films.

What I'm after is a double-room and the right amount of space (when I'm not out filming, I work from home) and I love my sleep when I can get it, so no homes that are too loud or chaotic.

I'm a mix of extrovert and introvert - I love to socialise, meet new people and spend time with friends, but I also like to recharge and have my own space now and then, where I read, play guitar (with headphones and playing during daylight hours), cook, watch TV or a film, work on a passion project, draw or scratch whatever creative itch I have at the moment, as well as going to the gym or mooching out and about to get the endorphins going.

I'm someone who respects other people's space, privacy, time and energy - so I'll keep on top of my mess and ensure that I'm not disturbing you if you're resting or having downtime etc.

Of course, I can provide a reference and whatnots.

I love animals (except snakes - got a strong phobia of those dudes) so if you've got dogs or cats, then I'll be thrilled to share a home with those guys.
