Seeking ground floor room with en-suite

I need accommodation, ideally on the ground floor that must include an en-suite due to some ongoing health issues. I am currently unemployed due to my health but I am working to get back to being well so I can return to working, but this may take some time. In the meantime I would be able to use Housing Benefit to afford the rent and my ideal tenancy would be a stay of minimum 12 months, ideally longer. I do not have any referees from previous rentals as I was living in my own property since 2010 but as someone who is quiet and respectful of others I am looking for somewhere with likeminded tenants so I can live problem free while I focus on resolving my health issues.
