Professional looking for DB

I am currently in transit, looking to move to my permanent home within the next few months. So I am looking for a short let, ideally a large, furnished double room in a quiet, clean home. I don't need much storage as I only have a few bags but would prefer a desk to work at. My deal breaker would be free parking.
I work full-time with the odd days WfH. I am sociable and equally respect privacy and down time when sharing with others.
I love animals and would be happy to help around with care of animals and plants/ garden. Keeping things clean and tidying up after myself goes without saying in a flatmate ;-)
