Seeking quiet shared flat in city

My name is Elizabeth, but I go by Lizka. I'm 31 years old, originally from Montreal, Canada. I've been living in Edinburgh since October 2024, pursuing a new life adventure. I work 4 days (Mon-Thurs) in person as the manager of a community centre in the Pleasance area of the city.

I'm looking for a long-term flat with one other roommate (or maximum 2 others) for a 650-700£ budget per month with bills included.

I'm looking for a quiet, homey room in a shared flat. I'm a quiet roommate, love to cook, a bit of a homebody, and generally keep to myself. When at home, I like to go to bed pretty early and keep things quiet and peaceful. But I do enjoy flatmate conversations, shared dinners and movie nights. I'm sensitive to noise and energies so having a clean and peaceful environment is key for me.

I enjoy spending my time with friends, discovering the city and doing trips on the weekends around to enjoy nature. I teach dance classes as a hobby and also enjoy vinyl music nights, yoga, hiking, board games and I also play Dungeons and Dragons!
