Looking for a Buddy Up for a Cosy London flat

I’m Dize, originally from Istanbul and now based in London. I recently completed my MSc in Environment, Politics and Society at UCL, and I’m continuing in my role with one of the United Nations’ agencies, where I focus on partnerships and resource mobilisation.

I’m looking for a comfortable, long-term home as I settle further into life in London. Ideally, I’d like a room of my own, a clean and welcoming house, and some shared space for socialising. I’d love to add a few touches together, since I come with some plants and a postcard collection that usually finds its way onto the walls. My move-in dates are flexible, but I’d like to secure something soon.

A little about me:
- Vegetarian, enjoy cooking simple, wholesome food
- Huge animal lover (my two cats are happily with my family back in Turkey) and happy to live with pets, although I am not planning to adopt one here just yet
- Like a balance of quiet nights in and the occasional evening out
- Big fan of rewatching sitcoms and playing board games (even if I am not very good at them)
- Love travelling (25+ countries so far), exploring Europe and the English countryside
- Hobbies include pilates, drawing, and jewellery making
- Relatively tidy, I like to keep shared spaces pleasant, although I do not mind a bit of “lived-in” feel and can adjust if tidiness is a priority
- I have a boyfriend who sometimes stays over (no more than two nights a week, always respectfully), and I spend some nights at his too, so sometimes you would have the place to yourself

I value a home that feels friendly and relaxed, with space for both socialising and downtime. Ideally, I’d like to live with open, considerate people who enjoy a mix of shared activities and independence.
