Hey!

I'm currently working in the education sector full-time and tend to work from home between 2 and 3 days per week. Work is NQ/Ancoats area, so I'll need to be living somewhere I can easily commute from. I'd prefer to get the tram in so somewhere near trams would be perf. I'm currently living in a house-share but it's not a long-term arrangement so I'd like something a bit more stable!

I'm usually quite busy, I climb multiple times per week and play football matches. Other things I love are having a boogie, coffee, snowboarding, food, live music, rugby, trying new things, meeting new people and having a good yap. I'm very easy-going and can respect personal boundaries whatever they may be. It would be great to live with people I could consider friends, but if that's not your thing that's all good! I'm also very tidy and like to keep my space clean.
